I’ve worn the hat for like 10ks, walked from west beach to Glenelg and back, it didn’t cause any irritation or sweat marks. Honestly, I wore it in 32 degrees for 2.5 hours, and had no sweat irritation, no rubbing, no itchiness. The material inside was damp, but it wasn’t causing friction at all. They are really nicely made!
